Customer Data: You retain ownership of data you submit or upload to the platform, including member information, claims data, and engagement metrics (“Customer Data”). VB Scout will process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
De-identified & Aggregate Data: We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our Services, develop benchmarking tools, and generate insights—never in a way that identifies any individual or organization without consent.
